What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The NC Association of Educators building is located downtown next to Raleigh Memorial Auditorium. We expect to have free parking at the NCAE building and some street parking on adjacent Kindley Street. If those spaces fill up, there is a parking deck across the street on South Street. (The parking deck may charge a fee.)

What’s the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable. We are nonprofit organzations and must cover the cost of facility rental. We have made every effort to keep the ticket price as low as possible.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

It would be appreciated, but we will have a list of attendees’ names at registration.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?

If you give your ticket to someone else, we ask that you contact the event organizer at diannawynn@gmail.com so that we may revise our registration list.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

If you have additional questions, contact Dianna Wynn (LWV-Wake Communications Coordinator) at diannawynn@gmail.com
