Charlotte | Queens City Conversation: Know Your Rights

February 12 @ 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

On Monday February 12, 2018 at 6:00PM the nation’s top Civil Rights Attorney, and the star of A&E’s “Who Killed Tupac?,” Attorney Benjamin Crump, Esq., and Mecklenburg County’s top cop Spencer Merriweather, will be leading a “Queen City Conversation” on Civil Rights and Criminal Justice Reform.
This event is being organized by the Mecklenburg County NAACP, and it will be held at the historic Little Rock AME Zion Church, located at 401 N McDowell Street, Charlotte, NC 28204. This forum will be hosted by Charlotte Community Organizer Andrew Fede JD/MBA, and moderated by journalist DaShawn Brown of WSOC-TV Channel 9 & writer Michael Graff of Politico and Charlotte Magazine.

Record expungement counseling will be provided by The Freedman Law Group and The Corbett Law Firm. Please come out and join fellow neighbors on this special evening as we hear from some of the brightest legal minds in in the country. This event is free to the public, so please feel free to share.
